A cold day at OBX

The Outer Banks of North Carolina (OBX) offers a clear window into the world of shore birds. I stood with a friend on the berm overlooking the Atlantic on a cold day in February. The wind was blowing, the waves were rolling, and the hungry birds were very active. I grabbed my long lens and started shooting. Great fun!
