Blue Grosbeak

Sitting outside doing my devotions this morning, a flash of blue materialized in our bird garden. I got my camera and mounted the long lens hoping he would stay around. I know bird photography is best done in natural surroundings, but I had not seen him before and was not sure I would ever see him again. Beautiful bird; rare in my bird feeding experience.
